| Received a Bachelor of Arts in Biological and Psychological Bases for Therapy in 1989 from the University of Kansas and a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 1991 from Washington University. Julie shifted to pediatrics in 2000 after 10 years of working with adults in cardiac and stroke rehabilitation, orthopedics, acute care and brain injury rehabilitation. Julie became interested in working with children after her own daughter was diagnosed with developmental delays and received physical and occupational therapy. Having experienced the challenges and joys of helping her daughter achieve her goals, Julie decided to pursue further education and experience in pediatrics. Julie has extensive experience with cerebral palsy, torticollis, "toe walkers" and serial casting. Julie has two beautiful daughters. |
